Shamrocks Solitaire

Shamrocks Solitaire is a solitaire card game where the player arranges the 52 card deck into 18 piles (17 piles of 3 cards and 1 pile of 1 card). The trick is, none of the piles are allowed to have more than 3 cards in them at a time. The piles may be built up or down regardless of suit, and the player can choose any card to be the starting card in the foundation. There's one more hitch. Once a pile is gone, it's gone for good. There's no placing a card on an empty pile. This makes Shamrock Solitaire require a lot of forethought.
